    Dear Mr. Milind Dias,

    Refer to the subject, all our efforts went in vain to identify and resolve the bad smell exuding from the newly bought vehicle.
    Several time we approached your showroom and service centers and kept the vehicle in your yard seeking solution for the odd issue.

    As a last the step, as advised by Mr. Saleh from your service center we had done a thorough interior wash including anti-bacterial treatment spending AED 1,100.00 (bill attached)
    unfortunately that also couldn’t help in any way.

    It is so tormenting and caused us to incur additional cost in every day as we rely on the Van,
    all our conveyance charges getting high as our engineers are forced to depend taxi.
    The purpose of having such a vehicle was to cut down the conveyance cost but instead it ended up in mental agony more than worthless expense.

    In this instance we request you to take back the vehicle and refund the money with all other additional expense incurred in association with the purchase.
    Please note, as we lost the trust on the vehicle brand and their authorized service and as we really feel the stinking is hazardous to health
    we decided approach consumer happiness center in UAE.

    Request to acknowledge and do the required formalities to refund the total cost.

    Dear Team

    I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company
    below-mentioned car was purchased on 13 June 2019 Sheikh Zayed Road – Showroom,
    when I’m purchasing the car almost 9,800KM was run, as per showroom executive Ahmed All service has been done When I went wash the car noticed that service wasn’t done there was no water in the car radiator no water windshield wiper
    All these concern I have reported the customer service I got an update as below

    I received a call from Walid from the service center, he stated that he’s not the correct person to handle this he will inform the manager, he asks me to send photos through whats app which did
    after some time, I have received a call from someone call service center manager very unprofessional, I have explained to him A-Z, what happens, he stated that he cannot do anything regarding this as I have purchased used car & this is normal,
    I explained to him I have paid over 69,000 for this car so I expect better service, this is not what expect to form Honda, but he even doesn’t bother to listen to my concern, he said has to check history of the car ill get back to me, I knew he was trying to bully me he never come to me with an update,
    I believe before selling any product to the customers should service, Polish has to be done as value for money ????

    I have purchased Honda Jazz 2018 car quite recently (Sheikh Zayed Road, near Oasis Centre, Dubai) on June 13, 2019, a sales executive who coordinate with us (“ahmed.eldessouky@alfuttaim.com”) whose on vacation now,

    Unfortunately, car paint starts peeling off, which I never expect the car in new condition,
    I have noticed the car body was chipped which I have reported to the showroom supervisor whom I meet during diamond pride service,(Bilal)
    Seems they haven’t polish properly or I have no clue
