    Dear Sirs, I have acquired a Panasonic Portable Stereo CD System – Model No. RX-D25 Ser.No. WS3AA003907 . Unfortunaely, there was no REMOTE CONTROL – Art.No. EUR648258 available in Switzerland or Germany. The Stereo System functions perfectly well, only it seems to me that the XBS button was used and voices as well as music have now a “bass sound”. This sound can only be eliminated with a remote control for the model RX-D25. How can I buy such a remote control or can you still send me one from Japan? I would be very delighted to be able to use the stereo system with a normal sound. Panasonic Switzerland can not give me this help. I appreciate your kind help and remain with my best regards.

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, 

    am 03.11.2016 haben wir das Gerät TX-55CRW54, Seriennr. NU5450289 erworben. Bisher waren wir auch sehr zufrieden und konnten immer ein TV Gerät von Panasonic weiterempfehlen. 

    Vor knapp 4 Wochen haben wir einen Fehler am Gerät festgestellt. Im unteren Drittel war durchgehend ein Strich zu sehen. Wahrscheinlich ein defektes Panel.

    Das Gerät haben wir am 20.06.2019 im Panasonic Service Center in Berlin abgegeben. Bei einem Gerät, das wir vor ca. 2,5 Jahren gekauft haben sind wir auch von einer machbaren Reparatur ausgegangen.

    Und nun müssen wir uns leider über den Umgang mit uns in diesem Center beschweren. 

    2 Wochen haben wir keine Reaktion seitens des Centers vernehmen können. 

    Vorgestern haben wir uns dann mit dem Center in Verbindung gesetzt, der Geschäftsführer war nicht da. Aber, man gab uns die Auskunft, wir werden

    “aus Kulanz einen neuen Fernseher erhalten”. 

    Nähere Einzelheiten sollten wir gestern mit der Geschäftsführung klären.  Daraufhin gestern ein erneuter Rückruf,  kein Geschäfsführer war erreichbar, es erfolgte auch kein Rückruf.

    Heute dann die erneute Kontaktaufnahme, erstmal wieder kein Chef zu sprechen. Kurze Zeit später dann ein Rückruf, unfreundlich wurde uns erklärt:

    Das Gerät ist nicht reparierbar,

    Wir können das Gerät wieder abholen,

    Wir sollen uns doch einen neuen Fernseher kaufen.

    So kann und soll man doch bitte nicht mit Kunden umgehen. Das ist kein wertschätzender Umgang. 

    Jetzt unsere Frage,  besteht für uns die Chance schnell für uns eine Lösung zu finden?
