    Dear Sir or Madam, in 2017 December I have brought from Russia, Kashirski salon Lexus GX 460, new car , and take it to Armenia, because I live in Armenia and use can also here in Armenia.
    a few time I have show the car here in Armenia diler Lexus because it was noise from front and back part but thay cannot understand from where is that noise,
    we have done with tham also small test near there office, but I have also video where I have done record of the noise during bad ways in Armenia, I am sure the car has a problem but here in Armenia diller cannot understand the problem,

    Thanks to Lexus for manufacturing us a choice cars. Please i want to know where the engine number of a Lexus Es350 2010 is located in the body/engine. How many digit is it contained and what’s is the difference between that and the chasis number because i can’t fine the engine number but the chasis number. I’m seriously being embraced by our police about it. Thanks in anticipation for your quick response.

    i have LEXUS ES 350 , after each drive when i open the door i get electrical short ( static electricity ) when i took it to services in Dubai they said problem with you , i have 4 other cars with no problem
    service is poor , technician not well trained , no response to our problem

    We are a business family here in Oman for the past 30 years and proud owners of Toyota cars and Lexus cars.
    I write this mail with great disappointment , I had an steering column issue when i last got back my LX 570 from service, which I shared with local dealer service center service manager and didn’t get a convincing explanation infact the reply was oh! its a 9 year old model by which I was shocked cause i know Lexus to be a premium built quality car and if not, I should not be buying the new 2019 Lx570 which I would have love to own. If this is the reply i get from Lexus dealer I am very dissapointed . I hope I get a reply from you part.

    My Company in India bought Lexus ES300h about 3 months back. So far the dealer has not delivered the floor mats in spite of advance payment of Indian Rupees 20,000/-. Whenever we send emails, they are not responding and even they are nopt saying when they could deliver the floor mats

    I have a lexus GX460 2017, I discover the right button of the CD track not working properly , I took the vehicle to the service center, they fixed it, but next day I discover the light of the Tune scroll which is suppose to be luminous at night NOT working, I took the vehicle again for them, they told me that can not be fixed must be changed, and the person of the service center told me we will order a new Mark Levinson Audio System which is take a 2 to 3 weeks to come from Japan, and this it will be covered by Guarantee of Agent . After 2 monthes no one call me from the service center,and when I checked with them , nothing happened, and they TOLD ME EXACTLY THAT “they will take the car and remove the MLAS and send it to the PIONEER (Pioneer Corporation commonly referred to as Pioneer) of the UAE branch.I really I don’t want that.
    Give me the Advice plz.

I really don’t know which part of Lexus or Toyota I should contact about my problem Because there is no part of your site to report on the defects of cars sold in Iran And if it is important for you to care about your customers around the world, it is imperative that you check my email and hear my problem and provide a solution.
    so far I have trusted the products of both Toyota and Lexus. And over the years ago until now, I have believed that the executives of these two companies believe in delivering high quality in their products. I believed that the executives of the above companies were firmly committed to protecting and respecting customer rights away from political issues. I believed that in selling and delivering after-sales service in addition to their profitability to the interests of buyers, value chain, continuous improvement, kaizen, customer orientation, value creation in customer-producer relationships, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and …. They also believe.
    But unfortunately, it seems this was a false belief, and as a customer, I would no longer believe in the products of these two companies and the different political behaviors of their managers towards customers from different countries.
    Last year, because of my beliefs about these two big automakers, Because of the sanctions imposed on my country which you have no role in, I bought a Lexus NX200 car in Iran at a price of 300% of its global price, and now I have it. You know that buying cars from any customer in any country with any nationality or political background will drive your country’s economy and if you believe you owe it to your customers. This car I bought was designed for oman one of the Arab countries and its mapping or navigation system is not active for Iran.
    Interestingly, within six months of purchase, none of your product sales agents or your dealer in Other countries of the world that I have corresponded with, They give me no clear answer and refer me to Lexus or Toyota international sites and they can’t provide the right solution for what I should doand they are not able to active or operate this important navigation and mapping system (which is necessary and useful for daily living and time saving).
    And in response to my need as a consumer, they say We just invite you to visit our Lexus International page to find contact information for the appropriate distributor, such as Lexus Iran because They will be able to address your complaints appropriately and let you know how to proceed forward. Or say The navigation hardware used in other countries is different from that used for Lexus vehicles manufactured for sale in other countries so To obtain the best assistance with your concern, we invite you to visit our Lexus International page to find contact information for the appropriate distributor in your area or And even Eirtoya company in iran, which announces itself as the official dealer of Toyota Japan products in Iran, Frankly says that the main manufacturing company does not allow this system to be activated in iran and if I wish to active it Then I must to replace the entire car audio system (Mark Levinson) with the Chinese audio system model to activate or enable the car navigation and navigation software and hardware, which it means more cost for me, lowering the quality of The main equipment car, impaired vehicle performance, Loss of quality and leaving the car out of warranty conditions and other damages …. ..
    And all of this is simply because of Your disregard for customer rights and satisfaction, your failure to uphold your customers’ rights, your lack of responsibility for the customers that they make your survive, make the survival of your factories, make the survival of your country, make the growth of your economy, make the livelihood Your people and make your survival in international markets.
    I know in today’s world, like other manufacturers, you just think about your money, your pockets and your profits and basically my concerns as a customer don’t matter to you and you just chant and basically just like before, you no longer believe in commitment providing after sales service, commitment to customer satisfaction, commitment to delivering complete products, commitment to creating value chains in the relationship between seller and consumer, etc.
    But again for defending my true rights as a customer in the world, i email you to know all my beliefs and My friends beliefs (who are consumers of your products) have collapsed in relation to you and And I will talk about your and your agents’ disregard for customer rights and your non-compliance wherever I am And after getting rid of this flawed car, I’ll never waste my money on cars whose makers have no obligation to respond to the rights of their consumers or their customers.

    I was charged over $4100.00 for Lexus of Las Vegas to replace 2 Control Arms and bushings. They said it took 16 hours in labor, I was naive to what was going on then I did research should have only took 3 hours.
    I launched a complaint with Lexus Corporate in The USA what a waste of time!! Don was a clueless useless caseworker. A dead RAT has more insight and brains than him!!!
    They are all CROOKS!!!!
