    To whom it may concern,
    I am the first owner of my 2008 model automobile, Opel Combo City. My car was hit from the front as it was parked on February 3, 2018. I took my car to the service named Manisa Opel Çözel in Manisa, Turkey. The engine bonnet and the front bumper was altered. Yet, I realized that the engine bonnet was rusted and rectified. I took my car to different car services for a second opinion and they all confirmed this. I contacted Manisa Opel Çözel car service concerning the issue but they told me that there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint on http://www.opel.com.tr. Upon this, I was contacted by Opel Turkey but I received the same response: there was nothing they could do.
    It is uncomprehensible how the authorized service of a company like Opel can use a rusted and rectified (probably second hand) engine bonnet. I would like to inform you about the unjust treatment I was subjected to and I hope you would take the necessary steps to make it right. Thanks in advance.

    I have so severe issues with my Grandland X.The Bonnet shatter when a car pass me on the road on a speed of 120,the rear back light wants to fall out want complaints of with where I took my Grandland X for his first where they scratch and stealthings of Opel grandland x,and they told me the rear back light is a fabrick fault of opel and the bonnet and they cant fixed it

    I purchased my new grandland x March 2019 from Ankara, Turkey named Opal showroom. After five minutes ı took the new car engine brokendown and vehicle stopped! Autorized service from opel immediately came here and we took the new car back to the Opal showroom. The authorized master examined this breakdown and changed the all spark plugs! After that The breakdown has gone but ı was very disappointed from this bad event. this is loss of prestige for opel. I told this issue to opel Turkey but ı didnt take a feedback. I demand extended warranty please thank you in advance.

    Dear Opel Team,

    Kindly I would like to be directed to whom can assist and clarify why there are no spares available for opel Mokka 2016 chassis #730652 at the Egypt’s Agent Mansour , as my car was submitted in the workshop in the 8th of April and until now the update I have received from the workshop that there are no spares available . And the engineer in charge didn’t advise any plan on how or when the spares will be present . Kindly again I need to be directed to the global / region complains manager as I have raised a compliant on the Agents website and there is no feedback or contact .

    I’m Emrah Cesur,
    In January 2016, I purchased the Opel Astra K 1.0. As of this week, the vehicle had the problem of breaking the piston ring at 35 thousand kilometers. The vehicle did not light any warnings or alerts. I noticed this situation when the power of the car fell and took it to the service. At the moment, my vehicle was detected in the service fault and no other operation was done. It was not covered because the warranty period has expired. Opel care of my car in the second authorized service performed outside Turkey does not find any support. 1 year ago, the clutch bearing failure in my vehicle was about 1600 TL expense. When I look at the Internet on the subject of many Astra K model cars, I saw a similar problem. Although such a problem arises in the most important vital part of the car like the engine, the brand does not stand behind the product. I’m waiting for your help. If you do not receive any help or financial support you will not buy any more Opel brand vehicles. However, I will not recommend the brand to anyone.

    Dear sirs
    I purchesed my opel astra j cosmo car from Mansour agent Egypt. During the period of use(6.5years) ,39000km driving distance,the car was good and then started the problem. To clarify, driving in open road (highways) the car is normal and when entering the crowded city, it starts to loose acceleration and speed cannot exceed 20 km/hr, with a hesitated movement and a sudden snatching occurs.I submit the car to Mansour maintenance center, first, they cleaned petrol compartment and changed the spark plugs, but for sorrow, there was no improvment. Test drive was done, then they told me it is a transmission problem. After that, they told me “it needs to replace all the transmission (due to a torn clutch) with a supply cost //110000 EGP//”, which constitutes a disaster for me, since I have done too much care of maintenance and I have drived the car for a distance of 39000 km only. I believe that before deciding transmission replacement ,many prelimenary checks and inspections should be done,may be other external cause causing the problem and if the transmission is the reason it is a manufacturing default.

    One day from buying a new car I noted that the check engine light. I called the showroom manger he asked me to go to authorised maintenance center (Mansour ) the maintenance center informed me that Certainly, the car had an accident from the bottom during transportation, which damaged some parts
    I asked the agent to change the car, but he refused and told me that he will change the affected parts only and I have filed a complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
