    Dear Sir
    My name is Dr Iman El Mahgoub, a professor of hematology who works in Cairo university school of medicine / Egypt, the daughter of late Dr Rifaat El Mahgoub, Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament and a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer for 30 years.
    Sir i have a serious issue with your dealer in Cairo that makes me very upset. My 2013, C-180, bought from the dealer at January 2013, now with mileage reading 34 k miles (56000 km) has a seriously malfunctioning engine that seems to be a cracked cylinder . What upsets me more is that the problem occurred few miles after i received my car from the dealer following the 50,000 km regular service which i always do at the proper timing and the authorized dealer.
    I am seriously doubting there was a big problem with the service, like poor quality oil, as the cylinder cracked without warning 10 miles after the regular service.
    Now the dealer is trying to blame the fuel octane as a cause for the cylinder crack which i greatly doubt as i have been told that such problems occur with the high compression engines starting 2014 and later and have not occurred with earlier models like mine, plus there was no gradual wearing-off of the engine which was perfectly performing the day before the service. Besides there was no warning from the authorized dealer regarding any problem of the engine during the service, one day ago or any other service.
    Please Sir, a your loyal customer i urge you to look seriously into this problem of mine and solve it in a way that shows the greatness of Mercedes-Benz to me, my family, my friends and all your customers in Egypt

    Hello , i honestly dont know who should i send my complain if you can direct me please. I am a loyal customer to Mercedes benz since more than 10 years my husband owns a c280 since 2009 and i own a b class 180 since 2014 ! To be honest i hate my favorite brand mercedes and imagine why its because of their service and maintenance provider in Alexandria egypt not only this but my B class made me hate all mercedes that i dont wanna replace mine with a new one done i am switching to another brand can you imagine that each months i have something new to replace i paid alot this year just to replace something new i am so disapointed with the quality of the parts i have to change brake every year although i only drive it local i dont travel with the car or anything i needed the ball bearing its been like 3 weeks i am waiting that it arrives from germany and it never arrives although i paid it in advice this summer i spent it in the service and i am paying alot and i got out with the conclusion that mercedes is not reliable anymore i wouldnt recommend it to anyone and i am having troubles selling it i am sending this because i am so frustrated since i would never get it again i paid and changed for the water cooling container and in 2 weeks they tell me i should also change the pump because its draining then why i changed the container and i found out that the cover of the container is old they admitted they didnt change the cover how come ! Now they want me to pay for the pump either the people working there are nonsense unprofessional or not skilled or they are thieves and you should check them! The car is under mohamed mohamed merdan name
